| Spanish Fly seeks staff, clothing optional - Birmingham Business Journal Posted: The Spanish Fly is planning a clothing-optional audition for about 75 positions at the new restaurant, including waiters, waitresses, bartenders and body guards. People are asked to show up in person at the club "with their beach and poolside personality" at 4341 N. 75th St. on Feb. 23, according to an announcement by the club. Interviews will run from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The restaurant and night club is set to debut later this month. The restaurant will focus on Cambodian dishes, including a range of noodle dishes, soups and salads. The restaurant is located on the north side of Indian School between 12th and 16th streets. Pinion Grill 4-courseThe Pinon Grill at the Milennium Resort, 7401 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, is offering a $29 four-course meal in February. Guests can start with a lobster chowder or a vegetable-stuffed chile relleno and entrees of chicken scaloppini in white wine sauce, shrimp pomodoro or seared trout with lemon thyme vinaigrette. Kahala trioThe West Valley has a new restaurant concept with Scottsdale-based Kahala opening a combination Blimpie, Samurai Sam's and Frullati Cafe at Buckeye Commerce Center, 1024 E. Buckeye Road, Phoenix. Those are three of Kahala's brands and it's the first time all three are contained in one retail location. Shamrock wants youIf you're looking to take a day trip, Shamrock Farms in Laveen is hosting tours for families and kids of all ages. Visitors can look at the farm's 10,000 cows, a huge milking barn and an 11,000-square-foot welcome center barn with a dairy museum, ice cream parlor and gift shop. The farm offers tours every Saturday and will host weekday tours March 14 through March 19. Reservations are required and tickets cost $9 for adults and $6 for children.
