Kids Clearance Store Offers Budget Relief - PRLog (free press release)

PR Log (Press Release)Apr 27, 2010 – Kids Clearance Store - During this time of economic recession, most households are under financial pressure. People are looking for good ways to cut their daily costs. Buying things only during the periods of season sales or from clearance stores is the very first thing to do for many families.

For example, shopping at a clearance store for children is one of the most effective ways to save you large sums of money. In the modern times, the branded toys or designer clothes for kids tend to be very expensive. Sometimes, it could be even more expensive than the goods for adult. A great number of people are willing to pay for such expensive goods as they just want the best for the kids. They don't feel like shopping in a store of this type at all.

But is over spending a good way to show the kids your love? I don't think so. Expensive gifts are not necessarily the best gifts, that the kids desire the most and your over-spending could set a very bad example for the child, making them unawared of the value of money.

Nowadays, an increasing number of people have found out that it is not worth the investment to spend too much on kids' clothes and toys, as kids grow up very quickly. They outgrow their clothes and shoes in short time; they change preference for toys from time to time; and they brake things easily no matter how much they cost.

So, when thinking about getting your kids or your friends' kids something as a gift for their
birthday or for special occasion like Christmas, why not take a look at the Kids Clearance Store first.

Contrary to most people's expectation, though the things sold at Kids Clearance Store are comparatively cheap, they are not of poor quality, items offered are of high quality.  You will easily find all major brands in stock and you and your young ones will select styles that you like.

Today, people are reviewing sites online about their goods, their service and the most important thing: the prices of items online.  You should make comparisons between different Kids Clearance Stores to determine which one to go to.  It will save you a lot of time and energy checking these stores by yourself. Are you looking to buy something for children these days?

Are you thinking about your budget at the same time? Are you searching for an establishment that offers great things at bargain prices? Browse online to learn more about the recommended options such as Kids Clearance Stores. Start saving with Kids Clearance Store today.

Put best name forward - Ottawa Sun

Posted: 26 Apr 2010 11:36 PM PDT

The Great Jason/Jennifer Spezza Baby-Naming Contest is hereby launched.

The Senators centre and his wife Jennifer are expecting their first child in June.

"Jason," I asked him, "do you know what sex the baby is?"

He chuckles. "No."

"Have you decided what the baby's name is going to be?"

He chuckles. "No, we haven't come up with one yet."

Really? The baby only weeks away and no name picked? That got me thinking. Could this be another example of what is known down through history as The Great Baby-Naming War?

You know. "I hate that name. I love that name. That name's too old fashioned. Old fashioned is in. That name's stupid. It's my grandfather's middle name. That name's a joke. It's my mother's maiden name. No way I'm going with that. Yah, well no way I'm going with that."

More to choose from

Well, I'm sure all you Senators fans out there would be only too happy to come up with a boy and girl's name for the new Spezza on the way so that Jason and Jennifer would have a good supply to choose from.

You never know, it could be a name they haven't heard of or thought of but when seeing it will go "Yes! Yes! Oh YES! That's it! That's the name! We LOVE it!"

Jason will be thrilled to know that I'm asking you to e-mail or phone me your boy/girl name choices for his first child, which I will most enthusiastically publish.

Jason himself has a lovely full name. His dad Rino and mom Donna agreed on Jason Anthony Rocco. Jason Anthony Rocco. Almost sounds like the name of one of those male adult models you see sashaying along the fashion boardwalks in Paris.

Or a child model.

Which Jason Anthony Rocco Spezza once was.

Yes. True. No. 19 of the Ottawa Senators started off in life as a child model and a prominent one at that, featured in TV commercials, newspaper and magazine ads, and a poster for a Broadway musical.

"My mother entered me in a baby contest when I was a year old," says Jason, "and I won. It was for a Broadway play called Baby that came to the O'Keefe Centre. My picture of me as a baby was used for the posters."

Jason's Italian-accented grandmother Lucy, mother of his dad, speaking from Toronto: "It is such a-beautiful a-poster of him. Such beautiful a-teeth. Such beautiful a-smile. Such beautiful a-hair. He was such beautiful a-baby. His a-mother and I, we take a-him to the O'Keefe Centre for the contest in his little a-sailor suit.

"More than 150 a-mothers were in line with their little-a babies, and Jason won. Newspapers had a-stories on him because he won. His a-picture on the posters for the play were all over a-Toronto. On a-billboards, on a-buildings, in a-newspapers. I have newspaper a-story in my wallet still. I have his a-poster picture framed in my a-living room. We got a-free tickets to the play."

Not one to miss an opportunity, Jason's mom got him an agent.

Jason, smiling: "I think my mother saw it as a way to fund my future education. After that, up until I was about 12, I was in newspaper and magazine ads for kids clothing. Woolco. K-Mart. The Bay.

"I was in family ads in newspapers and magazines — not my family, actors — for Black's Photography. I was in a TV commercial for Minute Maid orange juice. I was about four or five. My thing in the commercial was that I didn't like pulp."

With Jason's hockey season over, the next big event is the baby. Herbert. Herbert Spezza. Uh, I don't think so. Harold? Definitely old fashioned, but, like Herbert, doesn't have that potential-model sexiness. Nor does Clem Spezza or Wilfrid Spezza or a weirdly-modern Moonbulb Spezza.

Alfie Spezza? Hmmm. Rino? After his dad? Pretty cool. Works for both modelling and hockey. Jason Jr.? Jason's middle name Rocco is after his grandfather.

And if it's a girl?

Look. Boy/girl, I'll leave it up to you.

The Great Jason/Jennifer Spezza Baby-Naming Contest.
